Covid-19 Phase two requirements
NEW SERVICE REQUIREMENTS & GUIDELINES FOR ENTRY
Cloth masks/face coverings are required for servicing. Disposable masks are available inside the salon.
Guests must self-screen for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 before arriving at the service provider location. Services cannot be provided to any person who has symptoms consistent with COVID-19, has a temperature exceeding 100.4, has had fever or other symptoms consistent with COVID-19 in the past 72 hours. If you are experiencing any symptoms such as those listed below, we will need to reschedule your appointment:
Due to capacity requirements, guests should not plan on bringing other guests with them unless they are bringing children younger than 16 for an appointment. Guests should advise personal service providers via call, email or text that they have arrived at the location for the appointment and are waiting for instructions to enter.
Guests should put on a facemask prior to leaving the vehicle and they should be prepared to wash their hands for at least 20 seconds or execute a hand sanitizer application prior to starting their service. The service provider will wear a clean apron or gown, as well as provide each guest with a clean cape or gown. They must be laundered between usage. Payments for service should be through credit or debit cards or a touchless system to reduce the handling of cash.

PRODUCT PURCHASES
Please call (425) 315-9959 to request access to our product selection. We have to operate at 50% capacity and need to reserve capacity for those receiving hair services. If we have reached that threshold we must refrain from product browsing and must instead retrieve products for you and run the purchase over the phone.
